Connect.

Show you care,
share your concern.

If someone you care about is struggling, connecting them to help is one of the most effective ways to prevent harm

No single behavior means someone will commit violence. The sooner we recognize concerning behaviors, the sooner we can get help and prevent harm.

If you’re worried that someone you care about may be at risk of harming others, you don’t have to carry that concern alone.

These resources are here because early support, for anyone in distress, can be of help. Many of the resources include mental health services.

Not every person who shows warning signs has a mental health condition, and most people with mental health conditions are not violent. But connecting with trained professionals to get advice and find resources for someone you care about can make a difference.
